Come support your nervous system as we gear up for the holiday season. Reset and release with an evening of intention setting, yoga, breathwork, acupuncture, and community.
The night will begin with a full moon ritual before moving into a nourishing vin to yin yoga class with breathwork, followed by an immune-boosting acupuncture treatment.
This event will be held at the beautiful Monarch wellness studio in Point Loma and will be an intimate gathering filled with intention, exploration, and heart-centered healing. Spots are limited!
