The time of the Full Moon is an extremely auspicious day for spiritual practices. It’s also a powerful day that provides us with an opportunity for healing. Meditating on a full moon helps us with recharging the energy field around our body and with clearing and balancing our chakras. Because each full moon falls in one specific astrological sign, it carries with it specific energies that you can use to connect in with the cosmos and bring change in your life.
Using the lunar energy of a full moon can yield incredible healing results, both physically and mentally. Full moons bathe the night’s sky and our spirit in a soft light.
