We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help ground and center your energy before moving into intuitive journaling and collage work inspired by the themes of the current Full Moon. Each guest will receive a journal, access to a variety of junk journaling supplies, and curated journaling prompts based off the Full Moon’s theme for reflection, goal-setting, and personal intention work. This will be a continual workshop through the months following the Full Moon’s change of themes. Tea bar will be available.
