Full Moon Integration with binaural beats at House of Rituals Amsterdam

Our relationships affect our wellbeing, but so does the relationship we maintain with ourselves while we are in them.

How often do we adjust, accommodate, keep the peace or stay available long after our body has started asking for something different?

Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute therapist-led wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create space for what has been building emotionally.

This Full Moon in Libra brings our attention to relationships, boundaries and balance, including the balance between what we give to others and what we need ourselves.

Taking place around the Autumn Equinox, this evening also marks a natural seasonal transition. As our rhythms and needs begin to shift, we’ll create space to reflect on what we want to carry forward and what may need to change.

Many of us become very good at functioning through stress. We can understand our patterns intellectually while continuing to override what our body is communicating through tension, tiredness, irritability, emotional sensitivity or simply feeling like our capacity has been stretched for too long.

During this evening, there is nothing you need to solve.

Through meditation, gentle breathwork, nervous system practices, Reiki, therapeutic sound and reflection, we’ll create the conditions to slow down enough to notice what is actually happening within you.

Part of the experience takes place through therapeutic sound and binaural beats, creating an immersive listening environment designed to support release and focused attention.

During the evening, we’ll work with:

• Water alchemy ritual for grounding and embodied presence
• Gentle breathwork and nervous system practices
• Guided Libra Full Moon meditation and reflection
• Collective Reiki for relaxation and integration
• Immersive therapeutic sound with binaural beats
• Embodied reflection around relationships, boundaries and balance
• Oracle card guidance to close the experience

You spend much of your life responding to what is happening around you. This evening gives you space to notice what is happening within you.

The experience is facilitated by an Integrative Therapist with an MA in Psychology and Reiki Master & Teacher, together with a Doctor and EMDR Therapist, bringing mental health expertise, trauma-informed practice and complementary wellbeing modalities into one carefully held experience.
