Please join us for an illuminating, grounded sound immersion as we honor the Full Moon in Capricorn on Sunday, July 21st.
At ONE, we flow with the cycles of nature, and none more so than the cycle of our beautiful La Luna. Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, is the archetype of the wise elder, embodying structure, perseverance, and the slow, steady climb towards our highest aspirations. When the full moon illuminates this stoic sign, it casts a spotlight on our long-term goals and the structures we’ve built—or need to build—to support them. It’s as if the universe is whispering a gentle but firm reminder: “Dream big, but build wisely.”
During this time, you might feel an intensified push to evaluate your life’s framework. Are your foundations sturdy? Are your goals aligned with your true self? The energy of the full moon in Capricorn encourages introspection and a realistic assessment of your journey.
It’s a moment to honor your progress, acknowledge your hard work, and perhaps, to recalibrate your path. This lunar event doesn’t just shine a light on where you are but also on the path ahead, urging you to take deliberate, mindful steps towards your aspirations. Embrace this energy, for it blends the magic of the moon with the wisdom of the mountain goat, guiding you to scale the heights of your potential with grace and tenacity.
While immersed in our lunar soundscape, you will be provided the space and vibration therapy necessary to allow your emotions to come up to the surface and release, flowing out on the sound waves. You can expect an exfoliation treatment for your energy body through the use of rattles and shakers, be lowered down into a theta brainwave state through the use of drums and crystal bowls, and of course, an intense vibrational wash from our powerful yet grounding Rainbow Earth gong to flush out any lingering or stuck emotions in the body. You will then be soothed and brought back with ethereal tones to bring you back into a state of lightness and contentment underneath the shining light of the full moon.

About your facilitators:
Sierra LaFreniere-Dujmovich, B.Msc., BSc., 800-HR RYT, has been studying ritual as well as metaphysics for the past 14 years. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biological Science from Purdue University in 2018 and a Bachelors degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Sedona in 2020. She is a certified Reiki Master, Nordic Priestess, sound & vibration therapist, and Crystal Master.
Sherri Dujmovich, 500-HR E-RYT has been studying the art of ritual for over 10 years alongside teachers such as Athena Perrakis, Ph.D., Suzanne Sterling, Sianna Sherman, and Ashley Turner. She has graduated from the Urban Priestess Mystery School led by Sherman and Turner as well as countless year-long programs under Athena Perrakis.
