The first full moon of the year is here, offering a powerful opportunity to release, reset, and realign. ✨ Join us for an evening of Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki led by a team of incredible practitioners, designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and step into the new year with clarity and intention.

Come dressed comfortably and warmly, as we’ll be under the moonlight. Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on, a blanket for warmth, and water to stay hydrated.
