Join us for a relaxing evening of community, music, movement, and meditation in the beautiful Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Reunite your body, mind, and spirit with nature's help!Bring your yoga mat or blanket, some water, and your beautiful soul. We'll gather under the rising full moon, connecting with nature and each other as we enjoy gentle movement, guided energy healing meditation, and peaceful music.
Entrance into the gardens is free for members, $8 for non-members. Class is donation-based, $10-30 suggested to support holistic wellness classes, events, and services with Ashley Kay Andy of Heal & Rise Movement.
