Full Moon Gong Meditation LIVE EVENT

At the time of the full moon, the energy supports us in letting go of anything that no longer serves us, perhaps a behavior, a belief, thought pattern, whatever you are ready to let go of, to make room for the new that you wish to create. At this group meditation, we will combine our intentions with the frequencies of multiple gongs to bring about the healing process within each of us. As we do this healing work on ourselves, we help to heal our world. As we heal our world, we heal ourselves. We will work with our breath and the vibrations of unconditional love and gratitude.
Comfortable chairs will be provided. You may bring comfort items such as a mat, blanket, pillow, eye cover, water bottle and journal.
