Attuning oneself to the phases of the moon is an opportunity to reflect inward and a powerful touchstone for setting intentions.
This special class is timed with the full moon so you can experience first-hand the transformational energies of our celestial neighbor. Listen to the soft waves from the bay and the call of the sea gulls from above. Connect to the rhythm of the moon as we meditate, move through soft flowing moon salutations, and end with some calming yoga nidra.
Class takes place on Lewes public beach #1, located at the end of Savannah, just down from the DQ. Please plan to arrive by 5:15 to find your place and settle in.
If weather does not cooperate with our plans to be outside, we will move the class inside to our studio in Lewes (17437 Ocean One Plaza, Suite 1).
