Join this class for a gentle yet energizing flow that includes moon salutations and calming breath work to tap into the moon's soothing aura. With each pose, you'll sense a deep bond with nature and the cosmos. The session ends with a guided meditation beneath the radiant moon, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and in sync with the cosmic rhythms.This month, the "Hunter's Moon" Full Moon Flow is in place of Stacey's regularly scheduled SPA class, Thursday October 17th 7:15-8:30pm.
