This full moon-inspired event is an opportunity to burn burn burn the energetic remnants of the sh*t you no longer need, and simultaneously stoke the flames of who you're becoming. You can expect an exciting blend of cacao, asana, kriya, and meditation.
About Sarah:
Dr. Sarah Cavrak has been a student of the yoga lineage for 21 years and a Hatha-trained teacher for the last eleven. She fell into the practice of Yoga by way of her own anxiety, and quickly discovered how fundamentally transformative the tools of Yoga actually are. Sarah's classes are a balanced hybrid of strength and softness, combining thoughtful intention, specific postural alignment, along with plenty of spaciousness for stillness and reflection. When Sarah isn't moving around on her yoga mat, she can be found conducting research on the science of yoga, or hanging out amongst the sand and waves with her joyful pup, Moonstar.
