One week from today! The moon is calling us into circle. 🌕 On September 7th, 4–5:30PM, we’ll gather at Buddhi Yoga Ogden with Melody to move, breathe, release, and sit in ceremony together during the Total Lunar Eclipse.
This isn’t just another full moon, eclipses are powerful portals of change. We’ll honor it through:
