Energy Exchange: $55

Gather with us by the ocean beneath the energy of the Full Moon for an evening of rhythm, intention, release, and connection.

As the day softens into evening, we’ll come together beside the ocean to pause, reflect, and create space for what we are ready to release—and what we are ready to welcome more fully into our lives.

We’ll begin by slowing down and arriving fully into the space with ceremonial cacao, grounding, and intention before allowing the drum to become our collective heartbeat.

🥁 What to Expect

• Ceremonial cacao
• Full Moon reflection and release
• Grounding breathwork
• Guided intention setting
• Healing drum rhythms
• Group drumming and collective rhythm
• Moments of stillness and ocean listening
• Full Moon closing ritual

No drumming experience is necessary.

This is not about knowing how to play a drum. It is about allowing rhythm to move through you, connecting with the collective heartbeat of the circle, and giving yourself space to release what you no longer need to carry.

🌕 The Full Moon

The Full Moon gives us a natural moment to pause and see clearly—to acknowledge what has grown, honor what has been revealed, express gratitude for what has come to fruition, and consciously release what we are ready to leave behind.

With the ocean beside us, cacao to open the heart, and the drum beneath our hands, we’ll create a space for release, connection, and renewal.

What to Bring

• A blanket or towel to sit on
• Water
• Your drum or percussion instrument if you have one
• An open heart and willingness to participate

No drum? No problem. You can still participate fully in the circle as there will drums to borrow: first come, first served.

Please dress comfortably for an evening by the ocean.
