Join me at The Bodhi Room Studio in Cockeysville for this special Dance, Flow, Core & Stretch! Let’s celebrate the April Full Moon with mindful movement to awaken to the new season, align the chakras and feel empowered both on our mats and into our lives.
This 60 minute class combines cardio dance, yoga, core stability and stretch for fun, energizing way to strengthen and stretch the mind, body and spirit.
Shoes, water and a towel are recommended for the dance portion. No dance experience needed. Just a positive mindset and an open heart … ready to sweat and stretch, move and breathe… releasing the old and welcome the new as we harness the power of the April full moon.
Limited to 10 participants. $15. Women only.
