Crystal Alchemy bowls create healing sound vibrations that can align the body, mind, and spirit. The sound can act as a gateway into the soul, bringing forth parts of us that need to be healed, and creating awareness of the aspects of ourselves that need to be witnessed. The sound can be experienced as a deeply introspective journey or simply an invitation to relax. When played, these alchemy bowls help entrain us energetically to higher, more refined, vibratory frequencies.
Like with most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone’s experience is different, and new things may come up in each session. Most people will feel very relaxed and peaceful during a sound healing; some might have visualizations, receive creative downloads, or have an emotional breakthrough.
Every full moon is an invitation to let go, look at what we have been growing in our lives, hearts, and minds, and release out what’s no longer serving us. Amplify this intention by gathering in community and feeling into the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls.

✨Important Information✨
✨We ask that you arrive into the space calmly and quietly.
✨Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the session to allow time for sign in as well as settling into the space.
✨Be mindful if participants are actively relaxing before the sound bath.
✨There are mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks available for use. If there are any additional items that you would like to bring to support your relaxation, you are welcome to do so.

✨Annalise Schlesinger - (Yagya Jyoti) is warm and welcoming. She guides creative classes designed to ease and strengthen your nervous system so that you can live your yoga on and off the mat. She holds space for powerful transformation as well as safe exploration of the physical body.
Annalise is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and Fertility Awareness Practitioner. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the SoulWork Jungle Ashram in Costa Rica, her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in India, and supplemental trainings in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing at Soul of Yoga in California. She has been practicing yoga for most of her life and teaching since 2018.
