Welcome the New Year's first Full Moon with gentle movement and suspended cocoon soundbathStep into January's Full Moon with clear intentions.
This 90-minute sound journey will begin with gentle stretching to open yourself to the space and calm the nervous system. Next, attendees will be invited to snuggle into a suspended silk cocoon and be bathed with the cleansing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
