Full Moon Circle ~ Summer Solstice

Join us on Sunday June 23 for another edition of the Full Moon Circle in Utrecht. (studio in photo)

For this special week, we want to offer you a body,mind ans spirit experience so we have added Yoga in the programme!

Yoga will be offered as the entry to the final state of openess and awareness, where we will practice the sound healing and the meditation.

The session also happens right after Summer Solstice and the Full Strawberry Moon. Summer has the quality of bringing rest, renewal and new beginnings. You will be invited to reflect on these themes while on meditation and then journal your experience at your own pace.
