Opening smudging & intention setting
Breathwork & Guided Lunar Meditation
Journaling prompts for clarity & empowerment
followed by:
🔥 Kundalini Dance Meditation · 3:30 – 4:30 PM
🌸 Breaking the Fast · 4:30 PM
✨ On Saturday, Sept. 6, we invite you to prepare by beginning a dry fast or gentle fast (water, tea, or juices as your body allows). Fasting before an eclipse prepares the body for deeper clarity, vision, and healing.
🌕 On Sunday, Sept. 7:
From 1:30 to 3:00 PM, we’ll align with the eclipse’s shadow and light, releasing what no longer serves while calling in radiant intentions.
At 3:30 PM, we shift into Kundalini Dance Meditation—a vibrant practice of breath, rhythm, and free movement to awaken energy and embody renewal.
🌸 Immediately after the dance meditation (around 4:30 PM), we will break the fast together with light nourishment—sharing in community, groundedness, and gratitude.
Bring a journal, your favorite crystal, and an open heart.
Optional: Offer a poem, flowers, or fruit to the altar space.
