Let's get cozy under the healing light of the full moon 🌕 January is a time to hibernate and heal. It's a time to give your soul peace and softness, comfort and gentleness. Like a seed, you need nourishment and warmth so that you can emerge from the winter renewed and ready for new life!
Hygge pronounced "hue-guh" is a Danish word that describes a feeling of coziness and complete contentment. It has been described as "the art of creating intimacy", "coziness of the soul", and "cocoa by candlelight".
4:30 pm We Gather
4:45 pm Soups, Chilis, Stews
5:45 pm Full Moon Circle with yoga nidra and healing sound bath
6:45 pm Honoring Hygge: Get creative in the community room with loom knitting, adult coloring & 2025 vision pages in junk journals or chill out in the sanctuary meditating, stretching, sleeping, whatever you need
7:45 pm Hot Cocoa and Stories
8:30 pm Departure
BRING
A water bottle, journal and pen, offering for the altar if you like, and anything else you want in your spiritual space.
A yummy comforting dish to share, a muffin tin, anything special you would like to drink.
COMFY & COZY
Wear your comfiest coziest sweats or pajamas, slippers, bring anything that will make your area or even the whole space as hygge as possible. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets provided but if you want extra pillows or blankets bring 'em. I would love as many candles as possible, I just want the whole altar totally filled with candles and anything else that adds to the most coziest vibe on the planet!!!
