🌿 February 1 | 2.5-hour in-person gathering
Under the light of the Leo Full Moon, and on the threshold of the Year of the Fire Horse, we gather to listen to the pulse of our own life force and envision our becoming.
In a time when the world feels loud, fast, and ungrounded, many find they are increasingly disconnected from the body and from one another.
This Full Moon offers a different rhythm—reminding us that play is sacred, creativity is medicine, and that our inner fire is fueled when we say YES to our authenticity.
Held during Aquarius season, this circle also honors the tender complexity of belonging. Many of us learned to adapt, hide, perform, or rebel in order to stay connected. In this space, we gently explore what it means to belong without abandoning ourselves.
This gathering is trauma-informed, consent-based, and rooted in choice. You are always welcome to participate in the ways that feel safe and supportive for you.
✨ In this Full Moon Circle, you can expect:
• Grounded opening and nervous-system-aware pacing
• Invitations into creative expression (expressive arts, movement, sound, reflection)
• Opportunities to be witnessed without the pressure of performance
• Time for rest, silence, and integration
• A fire ritual for release and intention setting
• A spacious container of care and respect
Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen, move, rest, or simply be.
🔥 This circle may be supportive if you:
• Feel disconnected from joy, creativity, or vitality
• Are exploring how to belong while staying true to yourself
• Are tender in your healing or navigating transitions
• Are craving real, heart-centered connections
No experience with circles, ritual, or embodiment practices is needed. There is no “right” way to show up.
📖 What to bring
• A journal and pen
• A pillow or bolster to sit on (chairs are available for those who need one)
• Magazines for cutting and gluing (If you have some! If not, that's fine too!)
• Scissors to share, if you have some (label them!)
