♑🌕Join us for our Monthly Full Moon Healing Circle lead by the amazing Mary Beth of Wholistic Astrology. On July 22nd from 6:30-8:00pm we'll be hosting the second Capricorn Full Moon Circle of the Cancer season. Two Full Moons in the same sign in a row is a rare occurrence that gives us a second opportunity to celebrate the signs' values. Because of this we are able to work with Capricorn attributes like ambitions, goals and successes twice!🌕In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the goal oriented and serious nature of Capricorn. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.
♑We will practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the Earth element with a focus on the knees; Capricorns ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of the root chakra and Capricorn.
🌕Please bring your journal, water, a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable.
♑This is a love offering event, meaning payment is not required: you pay what you can! There is a $10 suggested donation which you can pay Mary Beth in person!
