Move with the moon and align your inner rhythm with the Full Cold Moon in Gemini.Before the ceremony, we will review the current astrological positioning and archetypal energies at play.
From there, we will reflect on the last lunar cycle and identify that which needs releasing before we move into a breathwork practice inspired by the Gemini energy. We will close out with a relaxing sound healing to cleanse us of the old energy we expelled and integrate the new energy we cultivated.
Space will be held to share with the group if desired.
