Join Marlene Alonso for reawakening, a sacred full moon circle focusing on release and renewal. We'll start with gentle movement to activate the body, followed by grounding meditation & breathwork to center your energy and hone in on your intention. The heart of the ceremony is a powerful release workshop where you’ll gently put down what is no longer serving you.
We'll close with a supportive sharing circle allowing you to reflect reconnect and embrace the freedom of a fresh new start under the light of the full moon.
