Join Dr. Melissa Mahon for a nurturing Full Moon Ceremony designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what is ready to emerge next.
This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself.
Together, we’ll create a welcoming, restorative space for reflection, release, and renewal through gentle movement, herbal tea, affirmations, reflective journaling, and light sound healing.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited to notice what has been taking up space in your life and gently explore what you may be ready to release. This may be an old pattern, a limiting belief, an emotion you’ve been carrying, a habit that no longer feels supportive, or simply something you know you’ve outgrown.
The intention isn’t to force anything away. It’s to create enough space to listen.
To acknowledge what has been. To honor where you are now. And to consciously choose what you want to carry forward.
Through gentle movement, reflection, affirmation, connection, and sound, we’ll create a grounded and nurturing full moon experience where you can pause, breathe, release, and reconnect.
Think of this evening as a reset; a chance to put down what you no longer need to carry and make room for the person you are becoming.
Whether you regularly work with the cycles of the moon or you’re completely new to full moon ceremonies, you are welcome here.
