Candlelight Full Moon Yoga: The Flower MoonThe Flower Moon's Significance:
The name comes from the abundance of wildflowers that bloom across across North America in May. The Flower Moon holds significance in several ways: it marks the height of spring, signals optimal planting time for many crops, and in some Indigenous traditions represents a period of renewal and natural abundance.
Experience Level:
While new students are welcome, some prior yoga experience is recommended to help you flow comfortably through the moon salutations and celestial sequences. If you're familiar with basic poses and sun salutations, you'll feel right at home!
