This is the first full moon of the Summer! The Strawberry Moon marks the ripening of 'June bearing' strawberries ready to be gathered.
Experience Level:
While new students are welcome, some prior yoga experience is recommended to help you flow comfortably through the moon salutations and celestial sequences. If you're familiar with basic poses and sun salutations, you'll feel right at home!
