Full Moon Cacao Ceremony, Microdosing & Ecstatic Dance

Join us for a magical and transformative evening under the light of the full moon, as we come together to celebrate the power of community, connection, and self-expression. This special event combines ancient and modern practices—Cacao Ceremony, Microdosing, and Ecstatic Dance—to create a deeply healing and joyful experience.

What to expect:

• Cacao Ceremony: We will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, using ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine known for opening the heart and deepening inner connection. The cacao will help us ground, expand our awareness, and set powerful intentions as we prepare for the evening’s journey.
• Microdosing: For those open to exploring plant medicine, we will offer microdosing to gently enhance your connection to self, others, and the environment. Microdosing with intention can deepen your awareness, amplify creativity, and unlock new ways of experiencing the world. This will be facilitated in a safe and supportive environment, allowing participants to enhance their experience without overwhelming their senses.
• Ecstatic Dance: After setting intentions and aligning with the heart-opening energy of cacao and microdosing, we will move into ecstatic dance. In this free-form, guided movement session, you are invited to express yourself fully, without judgment or limitation. Ecstatic dance is a powerful practice that allows us to release stored emotions, connect to our bodies, and celebrate the present moment through uninhibited movement. There are no rules—just an invitation to move, flow, and surrender to the rhythm of the music.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and optional food or drink to share afterward.

Notes: Microdosing is optional and will be administered safely for those who choose to participate. No prior experience in dance or ceremonies is required; everyone is welcome to come as they are.
