Come join us for a transformative evening under the full moon!
Experience Holosomatic Breathwork, a transformational self-healing practice, facilitated by certified and trauma-informed breathwork guide, Briana Lynn Cerezo. In this 2-hour session you will have the opportunity to be gently guided through an active breathwork practice with supportive music in a cozy and comfortable environment. The full moon energy amplifies the power of this practice, making it the perfect time to achieve emotional clarity and set intentions from a grounded and clear state of being.
Holosomatic Breathwork is a method designed to enhance presence and personal empowerment by releasing past negative imprints. This method involves rhythmic breathing to activate the body, overcome the ego mind, and access the subconscious mind. It employs diaphragmatic breathing, vocal toning, and exercises for trauma release to activate the vagus nerve, which helps with stress reduction, heart rate regulation, digestive health, mood enhancement, immune system regulation, respiratory health, connection with the subconscious, enhanced resilience, pain management, and overall well-being. Holosomatic Breathwork also works with life-force energy to increase vitality, for emotional healing, personal development, and to reach transpersonal states.
No prior experience with breathwork is necessary, though there are some contraindications, so please read below to be sure this event is right for you, and come prepared to sign a waiver. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
About December's Full Moon in Gemini: The Gemini Full Moon, also known as the Cold Moon, is a dazzling display of duality and adaptability. This lunar phase is alive with wit, sharp intellect, and a chameleon-like ability to shift moods and strategies. While its energy is versatile and imaginative, it can also feel slippery and elusive, leaving us grappling with choices and pulled in opposite directions.
So come release what you need to release and drop into the innate wisdom of your body to find clarity of the heart to guide your choices and actions during the peak of the holiday and Solstice season.
About Briana Lynn Cerezo: Briana is a certified trauma-informed breathwork guide, somatic practitioner and transformational life coach.
