Harness the power of this full moon in ceremony and community with Sacred Cacao, Embodied Breathwork and Rose Medicine.

You will be guided through a sacred exploration of your breath, allowing you to release stagnant energy, uncover hidden emotions and patterns, reconnect with your body's wisdom and gain clarity.

Sacred cacao and rose medicine are incorporated into your experience as heart opening and healing allies.

Studio provides mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions. Option to bring journal, eye mask and water bottle. All you need to bring is your positive energy and an open heart.
