No matter what ups or downs you faced this year, chances are you have something in your life to be grateful for. Chances are there is a bit of love, hope, and joy just waiting to be tapped into.
The blessings are being bestowed upon us in a powerful way on this full Moon. December's cold Moon is a good time to evaluate the ordeals and trials of this past year. Again look for what was a blessing.
Your head may feel a little busy and our sub-conscious is out on the full show. What was hidden is now revealed and you will need to deal with it! We will all react differently to this. Some may feel exuberant and free, others tired and teary, some are hiding under the sheets, others shouting to the rooftops. So embrace whatever comes your way on this full Moon!

In Native American cultures which tracked the calendar by the Moons, December’s Full Moon was known as the Full Cold Moon. It is fittingly associated with the month when winter cold fastens its grip and the nights become long and dark. Another name for this full Moon is Long Night Moon which is a doubly appropriate name because the midwinter night is indeed long, and because the Moon is above the horizon for a long time. Other names for The December Full Moon are Oak Moon, Winter Moon, and Wolf Moon. This is the time of the Dark Lord, with the Oak being his symbol. It is the time of rebirth.
