Full Moon Beach Yoga Delray Beach October

Full Moon Beach Yoga is a monthly community gathering & yoga class co-hosted by Pedro Luna (Yoga with Pedro) & Jessica Om (Director of Sunset Beach Yoga.) Join us in welcoming the Full Moon!

Weather permitting, we gather on the beach across from the Opal Grand Resort and enjoy an invigorating & clearing all levels yoga flow which will feature the moon rising over the ocean and the sun setting over the West horizon. It's always such an incredible vibe.

WHAT: A vinyasa-yin yoga practice ending with meditation led by Jessica Om. Pedro Luna will be away for this month's gathering but we'll be sending him all the Luna vibes. After class there will be drumming, dancing, and community connection!

WHERE: This gathering is being held across the street from the Opal Grand hotel, which is located on the corner of A1A and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach.

PARKING: There is metered parking along the street as well as a public lot parallel to the hotel.

Please arrive early for parking or consider carpooling.

*** Musicians/Drummers: Also feel free to bring a DRUM or INSTRUMENT for after the class if you'd like to stay and jam under the moon! ***
