Join us in welcoming the Strawberry Moon for this month's Full Moon Beach Yoga gathering on Delray Beach. We are also celebrating the 2 year anniversary of Full Moon Beach Yoga Delray Beach!Weather permitting, we will gather on the beach across from the Opal Grand Resort at 7:30 pm and enjoy an invigorating & clearing all levels yoga flow which will wrap up as the moon is rising over the ocean and the sun is setting in over the West horizon.
WHAT: 75 min vinyasa-yin yoga practice ending with meditation, led by Jessica Om @wanderingheartist (director of Delray Beach's Sunset Beach Yoga) and Pedro Luna @yogawithpedro (community creator)
WHERE: This gathering is being held across the street from the Opal Grand hotel, which is located on the corner of A1A and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach.
PARKING: There is metered parking along the street as well as a public lot parallel to the hotel.
Please feel free to arrive early if you'd like to meditate, journal, breathe, or just hang at the beach.
