Full Moon Beach Sound Experience with Silent Headphones

The Tierra Santa Healing House presents Jared Bistrong, Lex Schmidt and Sofi Dias for this profound Live Sound Healing to Silent Headphone experience. The night will start with some Full Moon meditation elixirs by Orion Herbs. Each participant will put on a headphone set and we will begin with a guided meditation, movement and breathwork session with live drumming. From there, participants will lay down and embark on a unique meditative soundscape with a blend of ancient flutes, hand-made Digeridoos & African Harps (Ngoni), shamanic drumming, singing bowls, gongs, dueling handpans and more. This profound voyage through the cosmos is sure to leave participants feeling rejuvenated, balanced and blissfully present.

We'll be meeting on the Beach at 6:00pm. The meditation starts at 6:30pm. Bring a towel, mat or blanket and be ready to move and relax into a deep sound meditation.

Jared Bistrong is the founder and director of the Miami Sound Institute & the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra and has been curating Full Moon Beach Ceremonies since 2003. www.soundhealing.miami .

Lex Schmidt is a Berklee Trained Musician and local percusionist. He lived in Africa for two years studying the ancient African Harp the Ngoni.

Sofi Dias is a well known Handpan player, composer and teacher and is the leader of several local bands.
