The full moon is a powerful and potent time to reflect & release what is no longer serving us. It's the perfect time to hold a releasing fire ritual to set your intentions, burning what is no longer serving us. This is a mixed session is open to male & female energies ♂️♀️
Exercises are suitable for beginners.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets /sleeping bag & towel (if you choose to dip). Other things you may wish to bring include a hot drink, beach shoes, camping chair, hot water bottle, cushion, any crystal you feel drawn to.
Please also bring with you a written intention that you would like to release (these will be burned during the ceremony). This can be a word, a sentence, a paragraph or a letter, write down everything you are letting go of ready for more beautiful things to take their space.

As always the sea dip at the end of the event is optional & not covered by our insurance
