The energy of the Full Moon invites us to
let go of what's not working for us, and to
celebrate the places where we are
coming into alignment in our lives. Where
we have taken inspired action to create
opportunities for forward momentum.
Raina's mission in this workshop is
to create a loving and nurturing
environment where our nervous
systems can rest and recalibrate
to the healing vibrations and
frequencies of crystal singing
bowls, chimes and tuning forks ..
Each session will include time for
journaling and sharing in circle for
anyone that feels called. Sharing
and journaling is not a
requirement. So please come as
you are in any capacity you feel
called.
