Join us for Awakening the Bloom, a deeply immersive journey combining microdosing, sound healing, and ceremonial cacao to align with the vibrant energies of the season.

Preparation Guidelines:

To fully receive the benefits of this journey, we encourage you to begin your preparation at least three days prior:

• Nourish your body with clean, whole foods; minimize processed foods and excessive sugars.
• Avoid alcohol for 2-3 days leading up to the event.
• Reduce caffeine consumption, and refrain from drinking caffeine on the day of the ceremony.
• Limit media intake, especially social media, TV, and violent or stressful content, to create space for deeper introspection.
• Hydrate well in the days leading up to the event.
• Set an intention for the journey—what do you wish to release, awaken, or call in this spring?

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing for relaxation.
• A cozy blanket to wrap yourself in.
• An eye cover for deeper immersion.
• A journal to record insights and reflections.
• A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
