Join us for our Monthly Full Moon Salutations and Meditation. The October moon is called by Native Americans as the Hunter’s Moon as it signaled the time to go hunting in preparation for winter. It was also called the Saguine/Blood Moon, Traveler’s Moon or Dying Grass Moon. During this full moon, we’ll give thanks to Mother Earth for her harvest and all that she’s provided for us up until now. In the Northern Hemisphere, the days are growing colder and the nights are growing longer.
Full Moons are a time to reflect on Intentions set at the new moon as well as to offer Gratitude for all we have.
Salutations are followed by a YIN ending and meditation. Tibetan bowls. Crystals and sound are included.
