We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Rachel of Maya Luna, creating space to set intentions and connect with yourself and the energy of the Full Harvest Moon. From there, Rachelle of One Wellness Ottawa will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to rest, recharge, and integrate the experience.
Afterwards, stay for tea, cookies, and meaningful conversation in a warm and welcoming space.
