As the golden moon rises high over fields kissed by the changing season, we gather under September’s Harvest Moon to honor the fruits of our labor—both within and around us. This special class is a soulful blend of grounding Hatha yoga and a deeply restorative sound bath, designed to guide you into alignment with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner harvest.
Through slow, intentional movement, we’ll cultivate balance in body and mind, celebrating the abundance that comes from sustained effort, patience, and care. The practice will be infused with breathwork, gentle heart openers, and grounding poses to help you root into the moment and reflect on what you’ve grown this season—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
