Full. First of a three part clinic series by Greg Dial (see more info in pinned post) This session explores the nature of relaxation in horse and rider and how to cultivate it in both. Relaxation is the physical manifestation of the mind’s calmness, but don’t be prepared to fall asleep! We’ll work on releasing tension in the body (and in the mind), both on the ground and under saddle, and find ways to avoid bracing. Key to achieving this is understanding the horse’s instinctual needs and how we can best meet those needs by promoting quiet leadership and security.
Clinic fee is $150. $75 non refundable deposit holds your spot, full balance due by Sept 18
