Join Valley Self-Defense for a free workshop that focuses on self-defense for the LGBTQ+ community, taught by our LGBTQ+ instructor. This session will be an hour and a half and focus on punching, kicking, and defending yourself and those you love.
This workshop will have an ASL interpreter!
