Iniciation: 10:00-14:00hrs

We will study basic knots and fundamentals in these workshops. We will do exercises to improve practice and fluidity with the ropes, emphasizing the importance of communication.

Activities

• Basic principles of safety and material conservation.
• Basic figures, pressure points and tensions.
• Body rotation points and joint function to achieve organic and natural figures.
  -Study of basic knots and traditional figures
• Basic knots and various traditional figures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 natural fiber ropes (jute or hemp) 7/8 meters long.
• Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
• Changing roles is not allowed during the workshop to optimize learning and fluidity in training.

Semi-suspension Workshop: 15.00-20.00 hrs.

The workshop is composed of:

We will begin by reviewing what was taught in the initiation workshop to ensure that our knots are stable and safe.

We will do several exercises to obtain fluidity and handling of the ropes.
We will study a complete Takate Kote structure by Akira Naka, 1 waist harness, 1 Futomomo.

Next, suspension line closures will be taught and how the pulleys work to minimize weight, to this we will add body manipulation to begin to understand the functioning of the rotation points that the body has and how the joints work, to achieve organic and natural figures.

Once all the theory has been learned, small semi-suspension demonstrations will be made, where the difficulty will vary depending on the students.

Requirements:

For this Workshop we will need a minimum of 4 or 5 ropes, preferably made of natural fiber (jute or hemp) and 7/9 meters long.

It is recommended to come with comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.

For better learning and fluidity in training, role changes are not allowed during the Workshop. Rigger (person who ties) and Bottom (person who is tied).

Estudiaremos fundamentos y nudos básicos en estos talleres. Realizaremos ejercicios para mejorar la práctica y fluidez con las cuerdas, enfatizando la importancia de la comunicación.

Actividades

• Principios básicos de seguridad y conservación de material.
• Figuras básicas, puntos de presión y tensiones.
• Puntos de rotación del cuerpo y funcionamiento de las articulaciones para lograr figuras orgánicas y naturales.
  -Estudio de nudos básicos y figuras tradicionales
• Nudos básicos y varias figuras tradicionales.

Requisitos

• Mínimo de 3 cuerdas de fibra natural (yute o cáñamo) de 7/8 metros de largo.
• Ropa cómoda que permita libertad de movimiento.
• No se permite cambiar de rol durante el taller para optimizar el aprendizaje y la fluidez en la formación.

Taller Semisuspensión

Sabado 28 Septiembre. De 15-20hrs.

El taller está compuesto:

Comenzaremos repasando lo impartido en workshop de iniciación para conseguir que nuestros nudos sean estables y seguros.

Realizaremos varios ejercicios para obtener fluidez y manejo de las cuerdas.
Estudiaremos una estructura completa de Takate Kote de Akira Naka, 1 arnés de cintura, 1 Futomomo.

Acto seguido se enseñarán cierres de las lineas de suspensión y como funcionan las poleas para minimizar el peso, a esto se le añadirá manipulación de cuerpo para empezar a comprender el funcionamiento de los puntos de rotación que tiene el cuerpo y como funcionan las articulaciones, para conseguir unas figuras organicas y naturales.

Una vez con toda la teoria aprendida se harán pequeñas demostraciones de semi-suspensiones donde variará la dificultad dependiendo de los alumnos.

Requisitos:

Para este Workshop necesitaremos un mínimo de 4 o 5 cuerdas, a ser posible de fibra natural (yute o cáñamo) y 7/9metros de largo.

Se recomienda acudir con ropa cómoda que permitan libertad de movimiento.

Para un mejor aprendizaje y fluidez en la formación, no se permite el cambio de rol durante el Workshop. Rigger (persona que ata) y Bottom (persona que es atada).
