Full-Day Nature & Cacao Ceremony: Journey to Your Intuition

In this deep resting time of Winter, Mother Nature invites us to slow down.
To take pauses and moments of silence, to hear ourselves and one another.
To listen to the subtle whispers of our intuition.

Cacao Mama is a medicine and a guide, supporting us in landing more fully in our embodiment. She helps us reconnect with the heart and soften enough to receive messages, whispers, visions, and ideas.

We will gather in community, in circle, at a beautiful nature sanctuary in Victoria, BC, for a full day in ceremony dedicated to reconnecting with our intuition.

• Opening of the circle through intuitive movement and voice
• Grounding and gentle breathwork
• Sharing circle
• Cacao ceremony
• Shamanic visualization journey connecting with intuition and the heart center through Yoga Nidra
• Healthy and light vegetarian meal
• Nature walk and meditation
• Closing sharing circle with herbal tea

No previous experience with cacao or ceremony is required.

This gathering is open to all genders and all levels of experience.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

Yoga mat, blanket, notebook, pen, water bottle, wear comfy clothing, and anything else that helps you feel comfy and cozy!

Hi, I’m Audrey, presently partnering with School of Cacao. I’m passionate about holistic and plant based medicines as well as the wisdom we carry within ourselves. I’ve completed over 400 hours of herbal medicine training and a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in India. I discovered ceremonial cacao in 2022 in San Cristóbal, Mexico, and since then it has been an important part of my path, supporting embodiment, intuition, and presence.

At the heart of my work is creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and with one another in openness and authenticity.
