Full Circle: The Art of Resonance

It is so easy to get caught up in the daily grind of rushing around, managing everyone else's needs, and living entirely in your head. Honestly, it can be exhausting.

Beneath all that noise, your quiet center is still there, and you might just need a dedicated space to actually hear it. That is the heart behind Full Circle: The Art of Resonance. We wanted to create an afternoon where you can put down your heavy to do list, stop overthinking, and just breathe.

To help you find that release, we will start by getting comfortable in a seated meditation, letting the healing frequencies of sound bowls do the heavy lifting to calm your nervous system and quiet the mental chatter. As the final sounds fade, we will carry that quiet, rested energy right over to our canvases.

Once there, to bring our experience full circle, we will all begin with the exact same starting point by drawing one simple, sacred circle. It is a shape found throughout nature and across cultures as a beautiful symbol of wholeness. From there, using our easy acrylic paint pens, where you take your art is entirely up to you.

Please do not worry if you have not made art since elementary school. There are absolutely no wrong answers here and no pressure to make something perfect. We just want to give you a simple starting point, an open canvas, and a really safe, supportive space to create something that feels like you.

Finally, we will close the afternoon by coming back together as a group. This will be a gentle, inviting time to share your experience, connect with others, and reflect on the process before heading back out into the world.
