This experience is designed to gently guide you through each of the seven chakras - from the grounding energy of the Root to the expansive awareness of the Crown- supporting balance, flow, and energetic alignment.
Through a soft, intentional guided meditation, you’ll be invited to bring awareness to each energy center while being bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen instruments. As the vibrations move through the body, they help release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and restore a sense of connection within.
You’ll remain comfortably supported as the sounds and frequencies wash over you, creating space for clarity, grounding, and renewed alignment. This is a powerful yet gentle way to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself, and step into the new year feeling centered, clear, and supported.
