A note from Kaitlyn and Bryanna:This is an exciting collaboration between Guiding Point Health Center and Trippy Hippy Healing. We can't wait to host you for a Full Buck Moon Celebration. We will always take any chance to enjoy a full moon moment. ?
We will be holding space for you to connect to yourself, and look inward so you can release all that isn't serving you. With the Full Moon in the sign of Capricorn, we want you to focus your energies to where they are needed most for your healing. We will begin with breathwork and light movement to the tune of sound bowls and nature, then move into a guided meditation paired with sound bowls, and end with tuning forks and emotional freedom technique to release and heal whatever comes to the surface.
We can't wait to see you and lead you through this energetic and grounding experience!
You should bring:
-A yoga mat or pillows to sit or lay on
-Blankets to make yourself comfortable
-Eye mask for added sensory comfort
-A notebook and pen to write anything down that may come up
-Dress in layers as body temp may drop during the meditation and sound bath
-Water bottle
Please arrive around 10-15 min early to grab your spot and get comfortable.
