Build strength, stretch & unwind while practicing yoga. Wobbling is mandatory.
Each session we will dedicate some time to movement and strength, practice our balances and take some time to breathe and relax.
We know that everyone is different, we move differently we breathe differently we accept our differences and there are options given so you can stay at the levels of movements that work for you during the session, allowing you to truly be yourself and develop at your own pace.

Parking available onsite
Toilets - Male, Female & accessible.
Both indoor and outdoor locations at the venue are accessible without steps. The garden venue for outdoor sessions has an area which can be uneven underfoot.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult with parental consent but are absolutely welcome please book a ticket if they are joining the session.
