Full Body Mat Sculpt With Leana Hichez

Dynamic full body Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone and energize your body and goals. This class will combine mindful movement with powerful techniques to improve, core stability, and overall muscle tone all while keeping things fun and approachable for every level with modifications and extra challenges available.
