About this Event
WE ARE BACK AGAIN WITH ANOTHER BEGINNER FULL BODY BOOTCAMP🥰
What should you expect?
• Learn the foundations of strength training including, basic movements (squat, hinge, push, pull etc.)
• Focus in on proper form and proper core engagement during exercise
• Learn how to safely progressive overload your movements
• Learn the importance of consistency by showing up 1 day a week for 12 weeks
We will start slow the first 4 weeks, learning the basic movements and making sure we are all on the same page to move forward with some progressive overload and higher intensity.
The following 8 weeks will be a higher intensity full body focused circuit! This is where we can really see our progression and start to really progressive overload our weight/reps! We will start to pick up the pace and get that heart rate pumping for a full 45 minute circuit (warm up and cool down to make the hour!)
Our start date will be Saturday October 5th 2025 and end date will be Saturday December 20th✨
This Bootcamp is amazing for people who are just starting in the gym, who want to get back into their fitness journey or if you simply want to get a killer workout in 1x/week, hangout with some amazing folks and be apart of the most supportive community in the city!
