⚠️ Important Arrival Instructions
Please plan to arrive by 7:00 PM.
The main building doors at Delavan Studios lock after business hours and on weekends for building security. We will be at the entrance to welcome guests at 7 PM, but we are not able to reopen the doors for late arrivals.
Arriving on time allows everyone a few moments to settle in, transition from the outside world, and helps us maintain the integrity of the experience for the entire group.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Thank you for honoring the space and timing of this shared experience.
